KHAKI DUNGAREES

Old Skool Vans 2Midnight Navy and True White Old Skool VansAfter making some recent changes to my wardrobe, over the last few months khaki has become one of the colours I’ve been most in love with.

I’ve had these dungarees for a while now and they will always be one of the easiest items of clothes I own; probably because I feel like I don’t have to put too much thought into what I’m wearing with it. For chilly days I usually end up with a high neck vest top, like this one. For warmer days it would be a crop top – like I said, super easy.

I’m also making the conscious effort to make sure I buy clothes that are less ‘throw away’ whilst also adding more smart casual wear because I don’t think I’ve ever really owned any. But no matter what I get I’ll always choose comfort and ease when it comes to my style choices. And that is reflected in my shoe cupboard, yes I have heels but they’re not my first shoe of choice.

Vans have always been staple shoes that have a place in my cupboard, but Old Skool ones have become my new necessity. Usually I get one pair and wear them to death before getting another. But I’ve found myself consciously scanning the site to make sure I don’t miss my size in a colourway that I want – do you know how hard it is to get a 5.5?!

I came across these Midnight Navy and True White ones in the sale and immediately added them to my basket because, even though they aren’t black, they go so easily with pretty much anything! Oh and of course they are sooo comfy.

Well, hi there!

I’ve never been one for ‘about me’ pages so let's keep it short and sweet: I'm 25 (so I guess you could assume I'm going through a quarter-life crisis), London-based, love food, oh, and partial to a rum-based drink... or just the rum tbh.
